Observe if other connected devices to your WiFi are affected
If your recently upgraded Mac is the only device that encounters this issue, proceed to the next step.
If all of your device is affected, try to reboot your WiFi router. Contact your Internet Service Provider if the issue will still persist after the reboot.
Restart your computer and your router
Restart your computer first, then your WiFi router. Make sure to unplug the router and wait for a couple of minutes before you turn it back ON.
Turn OFF VPN Connections
Some VPN applications can also affect your network speed.
Remove them from your Applications folder to turn them OFF.
Check Proxy Settings on your Safari
