If you don't see a Manage Subscription button in your Trend Micro account, it likely means your subscription is not set to auto-renew. Instead, you'll see a Renew Now button.

To Update Your Credit Card Information:

  1. Log in to your Trend Micro Account at https://account.trendmicro.com/.
  2. Go to the Licenses tab and find your Trend Micro subscription.
  3. Click the Renew Now button.
  4. Enter new credit card details during the renewal process, including the expiry date.

If Your Subscription Should Be on Auto-Renew:

If you believe your subscription should be on auto-renew but you still can't see the Manage Subscription button, and you want to:

  • Update the credit card information for auto-renewal
  • Cancel your auto-renew subscription
