If you don't see a Manage Subscription button in your Trend Micro account, it likely means your subscription is not set to auto-renew. Instead, you'll see a Renew Now button.
To Update Your Credit Card Information:
- Log in to your Trend Micro Account at https://account.trendmicro.com/.
- Go to the Licenses tab and find your Trend Micro subscription.
- Click the Renew Now button.
- Enter new credit card details during the renewal process, including the expiry date.
If Your Subscription Should Be on Auto-Renew:
If you believe your subscription should be on auto-renew but you still can't see the Manage Subscription button, and you want to:
- Update the credit card information for auto-renewal
- Cancel your auto-renew subscription
