Trying to update your credit card details or cancel your subscription in your Trend Micro Account, but the Manage Subscription button doesn't load or work?

How do I fix it?
Follow the steps below:
- Switch to a different internet connection (like mobile data or Wi-Fi), as your current connection may be slow or unstable.
- Sign out, then sign back in to refresh your session and fix temporary issues preventing the Manage Subscription button from working.
- Use a different web browser, as some websites work better on certain browsers (like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.). Trying another browser can help fix the problem.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, as your browser saves old data that might stop the website from loading properly. Clearing this can help refresh the page.
