Refund Process for Purchases Before February 1, 2025
If you bought your product before February 1, 2025, contact your payment provider (like your bank or PayPal). Provide them with your order number, purchase date, email address, and any other required information from your purchase.
Refund Process for Purchases from Feb 1 to March 30, 2025
If you bought your product between February 1 and March 30, 2025, submit your refund request through the Cleverbridge Refund Portal:

Refund Process for Purchases from March 31, 2025, Onwards
If you purchased your product on or after March 31, 2025, follow these steps:
- Go to the Trend Micro Refund Request Page: https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/srf/.
- Select Refund a Recent Purchase under "I need help with".
- Select Online under Sales Channel.
- Pick the product you wish to return and explain why.
- Fill in your contact details.
- Click Agree and Continue.
